Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte (sugar and dairy-free)

Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte

It’s that time of year, shorter days, a nip in the air, and Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte being offered in all the coffee shops. No need to miss out on the pleasures of this wonderful treat if you follow a paleo diet, just make some simple adjustments to the ingredients and voilà, a perfect hot drink for fall.

The coffee chain store versions of lattes are full of chemicals, additives and contain no actual pumpkin at all. This Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte contains no chemicals, and has real organic pumpkin puree as a natural flavoring ingredient. Not only do you get the mouth pleasing taste of the season, you get some beneficial vitamin A and beta-carotene while you’re drinking.

If you would like to serve more people, just double or triple the recipe. You can also make the recipe without the coffee and chill it in the fridge. Then whenever you want a Paleo Pumpkin Spiced Latte just make fresh coffee, add the pumpkin latte mix to it, and heat it up. All the more to share and enjoy during the upcoming colder season.

This recipe is especially dedicated to my wonderful Mama. A true coffee lover, an enthusiastic paleo aficionado, and one of my biggest supporters in bringing this website into existence. Love you Mom!
